How do I request an ELX demo?
Fill in the contact form on this page, pick the system demo option under interests, then press “Send via WhatsApp” and send the message from your own account. You can also message the official ELX number on WhatsApp directly. The ELX team then follows up on WhatsApp to learn about your work and arrange the demo with you.
Do we need our own servers to run ELX?
No. ELX is a cloud (SaaS) system that Matrix hosts and operates, and your team uses it from the browser, with no servers on your side. Matrix also trains your users, migrates your data from Excel (work orders, materials and master data), provides technical support on WhatsApp, and customizes screens, reports and stages to your company’s needs.
Is my data stored on the ELX website when I send the form?
No. The ELX website is a set of static pages with no database, no cookies and no server-side code that receives forms. Your browser turns what you typed into a text message and opens WhatsApp, and the message reaches the ELX team only when you press Send inside WhatsApp (the draft itself travels to WhatsApp inside the link). WhatsApp’s own privacy policy governs how it is carried. Our privacy policy has the details.
Why do you use WhatsApp instead of a regular contact form?
Because WhatsApp opens a direct conversation with the ELX team without this website keeping any data about you. You see the full message before sending it, can edit or cancel it, and get the reply in the same chat. WhatsApp is also the channel Matrix uses for ELX technical support, and the ELX system itself supports it, alongside Telegram, for stage alerts and the daily digest when enabled.
Can I see ELX in English during the demo?
Yes, the same screens can be shown in English. The ELX interface runs in Arabic (right to left) and English (left to right), switched from the header. Mention in your message that you prefer English. You are welcome to write your message in either language.
Are ELX prices published on the website?
No, ELX prices are not published on this website. To ask about pricing, choose “Pricing inquiry” under interests in the contact form and add a short note about your company, the work you do and how many branches and contracts you run. Say whether you need your data moved from Excel or screens and reports customized, then send the message on WhatsApp so the ELX team can follow up.
What should I prepare before the demo?
Before an ELX demo, a clear picture of how you work today is enough: the types of work orders you handle, the stages where follow-up breaks down, how many branches, contracts and warehouses you run, and which roles would use the system, such as survey, warehouse and finance. Mention the Excel sheets and reports you rely on, without sending sensitive data: Matrix migrates data from Excel into ELX and customizes reports to your needs.
